Are you trying to have access to a hikvision camera, dvr or nvr but the message "please click here to download and install the plug-in" ? you installed the plugin but. Support forum. search. i try using other browser to download and install then in "plugin", i choose "install add on from file", it said "this addon cannot be install because it appear to be corrupt" below is the picture of the addon i downloaded (i try twice) i’m not familiar with your setup nor the hikvision cameras and plugins.
