Now tv player on firefox and windows 7 hi i seem to have a problem using now tv on windows 7 using mozilla firefox i have downloaded the software logged in and al that but the problem is although i have sound i have no picture this is the third time i have posted a messsage raising this concern but either got no response from anyone or got. However, when i follow now tv's directions - sign in, click on a programme, download the player - i don't get a direct download link to the player as i did before. i just get a link saying "look for an app in the store"..
