Apple id support. your apple id is the account that you use for everything you do with apple, like buy an app, shop the itunes store, sign in to icloud, and more.. I've updated the icloud & apple id on my iphone and macbook but it won't update on my ipad. my ipad now won't let me do anything without entering the password for my old apple id (even though i changed it over to a new email). a screen keeps popping up and i literally don't have enough time to do anything on it. i don't want to do a factory. I downloaded icloud for my pc (windows 7 up to date as of nov 17) and updated my itunes to 10.5 but when i try to log in to icloud, it tells me my apple id is valid but it's not an icloud account.. Ihr wollt eure apple-id l
